Once you’ve completed your sessions, reach out to our YWHO Administrator and Client Facilitator at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will put you on the wait list and let you know about next steps.
If you are a Black youth looking to speak with a Black therapist, please call on Tuesday or Wednesday to be connected.
Other health and wellness supports are being offered virtually such as primary care, peer support, care navigation, psychiatric support, drop in programming and more. For more information around accessing the right support for you please speak with our admin team or one of our therapists.
Our Studio programming is running virtually, follow us on Instagram @StudioAtLumenus for weekly programming updates. Examples of programming include food and basic need support, wellness check ins from staff, daily zoom programming and speciality programming, see example calendar below. Specifically, on Thursdays we have a group for Black youth and on Friday we have programming exclusively for 2SLGBTQ+ youth.
