Manager KMb & Workforce Development

YWHO is seeking a full-time, permanent, Manager of Knowledge Mobilization & Workforce Development to manage the YWHO’s training and education activities and initiatives, providing strategic and operational oversight in support of the overall strategic directions and system change goals. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Practice and Implementation, the Manager of Knowledge Mobilization & Workforce Development will manage staff within this portfolio; and liaise with YWHO and CAMH colleagues, and community leadership, service providers and youth and family advisors in order to represent the program’s training and education activities. This position will provide leadership and support to YWHO to ensure that the goals, objectives, and deliverables of training, education and community support initiatives are met.

CH&E Specialist (Integration & Implementation Specialist)

The YWHO Provincial Office (PO) at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a full-time, permanent CH&E Specialist (Integration and Implementation Specialist, PreVenture). This position will report to the Manager of Early Intervention and Prevention. The Integration and Implementation Specialist will play a key role in supporting an Integrated Youth Services (IYS) delivery model within local YWHO networks and community partners, including the implementation of the PreVenture program.

Engagement Coordinator Indigenous Wellness Initiatives

The YWHO Provincial Office at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a full-time, permanent Engagement Coordinator, Indigenous Wellness Initiatives. The Engagement Coordinator will report to the Manager, Equity and Engagement and work closely with members of that team, including the CH&E Engagement Coordinator, Program Engagement Co-Facilitators, and Implementation Specialists. The Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Indigenous Wellness Initiatives portfolio at YWHO, which involves collaborating with youth, families, Elder and Knowledge Keepers as system partners; along with service providers to support Indigenous youth across the province of Ontario.
