Brampton Youth Wellness Hub
We are a safe, welcoming space offering Integrated Youth Services (IYS) for young people all across Brampton aged 12 to 25 and their families looking for mental health care, support with substance use concerns, and more. These services are free of charge, available on walk-in or appointment, and no health card is required.
The Hub is temporarily located at 25 Capston Dr., Mississauga, ON. We are located one light north of Hwy 401 on Hurontario St; at the corner of Capston Dr and Hurontario St.

YWHO Brampton is a special place for youth and young adults living across Peel region. In addition to our amazing community partners, we are work very closely with Peel CAS’ Trailblazers Youth Center. They are literally down the hall!
We are open to all you ages 12-25 in the community and we are uniquely positioned to provide support to youth transitioning from child welfare supports to independence as an adult.
Our site offers classes, courses requested by youth and amazing programs & events. We also provide access to indoor college-sized basketball court, musical instruments, music production software and recording equipment, our multi-sensory chill zone, self care supplies shelf, snack shelf, an affirmation wheel for when you need a ‘pick-me-up’, and a multi-device charging station – so you can keep your phone topped up!

Services
Skills & Well-being Activities including classes for specific skills, fitness workouts, volunteer opportunities, programs to express creativity or just talk and share.
Events range from glow parties, gaming tournaments, sports competitions, music showcases and open mic poetry slams.
Life Skills supports offer help with housing, education planning, employment searches, resume building, developing online employment profiles, food security, transportation support, mental health and peer support.
We also offer support to youth groups for you who identify as Black, South Asian, and 2SLGBTQ+.
