Welcome to the Youth Wellness Hub Northumberland!
We are a welcoming, accessible, free to use service for youth aged 12-25 years across the county. The Hub HQ in Port Hope is currently under renovation, due to open in the second half of 2025. In the meantime, we are offering services virtually and a limited in-person service at community locations. These FREE Services are available through our website, via self-referral without OHIP.
