Maple Youth Wellness Hub

Welcome to the Maple Youth Wellness Hub!

We are a safe, welcoming space offering Integrated Youth Services (IYS) for young people all across York Region aged 12 to 25 and their families looking for mental health care, support with substance use concerns, and more. These services are free of charge, available on walk-in or appointment, and no health card is required.

The Hub is located at 9401 Jane Street, Unit 321, Third Floor Maple, On. We are located right across Maple’s Auto mall and Canada’s Wonderland.

Get to know the Maple hub

Community-Based & Accessible: Located in Vaughan, the hub serves a diverse youth population with easy access to services. The space is a welcoming, youth-friendly environment, co-design with youth and community partners 

Integrated Youth Services Model: Youth can access mental health, substance use, primary care, peer support, and social services all in one place. 

Youth-Led Approach: Programs are co-designed with youth to ensure relevance and empowerment. 

Inclusive & Multilingual: Services are offered in multiple languages and tailored to meet diverse needs. 

Strong Local Partnerships: Our current partners are: York Hills Centre for Children Youth and Families, 360 Kids, Addiction Services of Central Ontario and CMHA-York Region
